🔴Your license status will be indicated as "pending" until your license is brought current.🔴
🔴The 2026 license renewal period will begin October 1, 2025. You will be able to enroll by mail or online at that time.🔴
REMEMBER: If your Wyoming PG license was earned prior to 1991 by being grandfathered, you must maintain an active license, renewing annually, to avoid losing your professional status, which will require passing the ASBOG exams to be returned to active status again.
To maintain your Wyoming license, it is your responsibility to keep your records current:
CHANGE OF ADDRESS ONLINE FORM or download the CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM TO PRINT AND MAIL (PDF).
Change of address and required email contact information must be completed by you in writing.
The board utilizes e-mail to contact you. Your e-mail information is required!
Your PG license is renewed annually
from October 1 - December 31 of the current year for the UPCOMING YEAR.
If you have NOT renewed your license for the current year, or to determine the status of your license, please call or email the board office for the most accurate information. Thank you for your understanding.
The Wyoming Board of Professional Geologists confirms licensing of individuals through the Fundamentals of Geology and the Practice of Geology examinations provided by the National Association of State Boards of Geology (ASBOG®).
